Bring it Straight to Me

Upset, heartache, and worldly demands, continue to weigh heavily upon the hearts of men. Can all these things outweigh the presence of God? Can these oppressive things that get in your way overtake your heart? Letting these things get to you will only cause your heart to break and bring your life to a standstill.

Bring all these things into your private place of prayer and lay them here at my feet. My presence is the perfect place to dwell when your heart becomes heavy and there is no where else you can take these things. Where else can you take every thought and dispose of these things like a dump truck. Dump it all here at my feet and allow me to clean up the mess.

You carry these burdens around in your head as if you could change the course of their trajectory. Are you able to change these things by sheer will of forceful thinking? Can anyone profit by taking matters into their own hands and thinking up ways to change them? You act as if the fate of this world rests upon your shoulders. Can one day of juggling problems bring peace to your present day?

Leaving these matters to me instead would benefit your life tremendously. Who makes the world spin upon its axis? Who tells which star to fall? Who determines the course of events upon the very Earth to which you belong? You are chosen to live within this time and to follow according to my plans and purposes. What good does it profit you to take the place of the one who can make all the difference? Can you carry out the plans, purposes, and protection, of every individual under Heaven? Are you able to change the course of a man?

I tell you the truth you are my splendid creation and you have been placed upon the Earth by my wonderful design. You were made to live in this time and be dedicated to me. You were designed to live a holy life dedicated to serving the one who loves you best. There is more that you can do when you surrender your heart under my authority. When you see my sovereign hand upon each and every situation, it leaves you with a sense of awe and submission to the God who loves you best.

Can you make a difference in every situation? Yes, you can by coming straight to me. Can you count yourself as part of the solution? Yes, you can by coming close to me. Can you change the course of human events and change their trajectory? Yes, you can by praying and interceding over the lives of men. Bring each burden weighing heavily upon your heart and mind and lay it at my feet. Ask me how to think about these matters and I will place the correct way to think into your mind and heart. Come to me with every burden you bear and bring it straight to me.
