Living in Obedience

Hope in me, trust in me to lead you onto the right path. There is no better way in which to live than to entrust everything to me. Your life is truly in my hands and there should not be any doubt about that. The more you look to me the more you will understand that.

Bring forth your praise and adoration for your God and your King, for everything that is taking place is to draw you closer to me. Let your anchor be placed in me trusting that I will hold you and sustain you when there is chaos all around you. You have nothing to fear because I am always watching over my children.

Like a shepherd who diligently watches over his flock, I am watching over you. I will not let you go and I will continuously draw you back to me when you have strayed too far. Do not be stubborn and demand your own way that will lead you into a trap of sin. Stubbornness and pride lead to a life of misery.

Hope deferred makes the heart sick so put your hope in me and do not put your hope into any other thing. My heart is never to defeat you but to pull your heart towards me. When your one desire is to follow after me there will never be disappointment. Let your heart be glad and full of joy that I have rescued you time and time, again and again. I will never let you stray from my path as you continue to seek me daily.

Stay sturdy and strong in me. Do not let the trap of the enemy ensnare you again. Your life is in my hands and you will be protected as you stay close to me. Do not let the enemy gain a grip on any part of your life. Stay steady in me never drifting apart. Your life in me is your protection and your safeguard. Stay focused on me to lead you onto the correct path. Ask me to put guardrails around every situation you face to keep you out of harms way. Let your focus of attention be upon me and all these temptations will eventually fall away.

Learn to live your life daily in me. When you learn to trust and put your hope in me, then your life becomes a whole lot easier. It is when you decide to become independent that your decisions become careless and faltered. Obedience in me is your first step in the right direction. To obey is better than any sacrifice you want to make. Obedience is the marker of one who follows me. What you do and what you say must always line up with me. Make your pathway clear ahead by living in obedience to me.
