All the Covering you Need

Rest in me. Resist the urge to try and please me. Let my love be your guide in how you live your life. Rest easy in knowing I have done everything that could possibly be done to bring you eternal salvation to your life. Recognize that working to please me is futile and that all that you do on my behalf is empty if it does not come from me. Good works are regarded as charity but nothing satisfies me except the blood of my one and only Son.

Keep your good works for those who need them. If you are doing all these works to please me then you are barking up the wrong tree. All the things you think you are doing to satisfy your sin debt will do you no good. Only the blood of my Son can completely satisfy what cannot be attained by man. You fill your day with endless work and activities to demonstrate your love to me, but nothing enters you into my paradise but the atoning blood of my Son.

Jesus’ blood is all the covering you need to be in right standing with me. The miles you have gone and the places you have traveled do not amount to anything except a wasted life full of activity. Surrendering your life over into my hands and accepting my sacrifice is the beginning of eternal life secured in me. Remember all that I have done for you. Accepting my sacrifice is your only salvation. Nothing can take precedence over the blood of my Son.  

There is no other way that my creation can be saved except by the blood of the one and only Savior, Jesus Christ. Can good works save you? All have sinned and fallen short of my glory. There is nothing you can do to atone for every sin and that is why I sent my Son. I have made things much easier for you to accept and believe in your heart that his sacrifice is enough. There are many good things you can do in this lifetime but none of them can save your soul.

Set aside a life of penance for your sins and take on the blood of my Son. Only His righteousness can cover and cleanse you and wash away your sins. The blood of my Son makes you righteous indeed and there is nothing more you can do. Seek after my Kingdom ways and after my righteousness. Everything can be different from now on and you will never be the same.

Step away from all that you know and have believed and begin anew with me. Give your life over to me and ask to receive my Spirit. My Spirit will lead and guide you and correct your path. I will show you what it means to be loved by me and He will lead you into all truth and show you the way to live. The work that you will do will be working in tandem with me to fulfill your purpose in life and to find delight in me.
