Come Closer

Come closer and hear what I have to say. Hear my words clearly so you’ll know what I want you to pray. Pray for your city and your nation. Pray that their eyes and ears would be open to receive and understand my great love for them. Pray for softened hearts and a willingness to receive me into their life. Pray for my justice to come to your nation and bring the reckoning that is due to your leadership. Nothing is too big or too small for me. I am LORD of all and nothing gets past me.

Let me reconcile you to me and make things right in your own heart. My blood covers over a multitude of sin making the vilest sin within you clean once again. The blood of my Son covers everything. Meet with me one-on-one and come clean about everything that could ever stand between you and me. Let nothing remain hidden between you and me. Become the holy vessel I have planned for you to be.

Remain loyal to me and walk in my ways. Don’t look to the left or the right seeing what others are doing. Make every decision of your life based on what you see me doing and not on what your neighbor is doing. What they are doing is what I’ve got planned for them and what I show you to do is what is planned specifically for you. You are unique in every way and my plans for you are specifically shaped and designed just for you. Never let anyone take that away from you.

Take joy in knowing you are uniquely shaped and uniquely designed by me to accomplish specific jobs and feats done by the power and the authority I’ve invested within you. Only you can see me the way you do. Only you can be the voice piece of my glory, my wisdom, and my love to everyone you meet. Only you can do what I have called and appointed you to do.

Pray and ask to see a vision of my plan for you unfolding, and seek my face daily to come into a better understanding of the specific commands I want you to carry out. Little by little things will come to you and bring you into the fullness of my vision for you. I don’t want to overwhelm you with the full vision of my glorious plan for your life, for that would boggle your mind. Come to me daily and I will work things into you so that you take one step at a time.

Come to me each day taking another step of faith. Come and let me fill your life and mind with the joy of my presence. Each day I will show you what to do. Each day I will give you your commission. Come expectantly and full of faith that I will reveal it to you. Some days just seek out my glorious presence and worship who I am to you. Each day I will bless you for your obedience to me and each day you will fulfill my glorious plan and purpose for your life. I love you and I will not ever leave you empty-handed.
