I Come to You as Father

I am the God who surrounds you in my love each day. There is never a time when you are without me. Come to me anytime of day and I will answer each of your questions. There is never a time when I am too busy for you, for those are the actions of earthly men. I am far above what you could ever dream to know or understand but I come to you as a father and a friend.

Seek me out when you are lonely and need a friend to listen to you. Seek out my advice when you do not know what to do. I am far and above you but my heart is always near to you. I have made you in my image and there is nothing that can separate you from my eternal love for you.

The image that you perceive of your earthly father is nothing like me. I will exceed all your expectations of what it means to be a father to his children. See to it that you do not confuse my actions with the actions of the men in your life. I will never mistreat you in any way and I will never leave or disappoint you or lead you astray. My will for your life is to prosper you in every way.

Take my hand and let me lead you into understanding who you are and who you were created to be. You were made to represent me and be the spitting image of me. I want you to mimic my movements and study me well and imitate me to those around you. Watch me and listen to my voice. Move when I tell you to move and speak the words I pour through you. Reach for the stars and nothing less for I want the best for you. A good father wants only the best for his children and I am no exception to that rule.

See me as you should see me. See my father’s heart for you. Do not mistake me as a cruel, harsh, disappointing figure, but see me as a loving father who wants only the very best for you. A loving father will provide the way I provide and not leave you in the dust. Put your whole faith in me and know I will provide. Do not see the things in front of you as impossible situations, but see them as great opportunities to watch me provide.

You have been used to a false representation of me and you need to let me cleanse that from your mind. Come to me on a regular basis and I will begin a cleansing process that must take place. Too many have gone through life thinking I am unapproachable. They did not know me but you have the opportunity to know me well. Seek me out on a daily basis and come into my courts with praise and thanksgiving. Come with an expectant heart and let the molding and shaping begin.
