I Will Bind Up the Brokenhearted
Wait and be still here with me. Let me restore you to an upright position. Let my love flow deeply into your heart and restore what has become broken over time. You have suffered from years of trauma and become broken in places in your heart over time. Here is where your restoration begins. Here is where your heart can become renewed again. Let me surround your heart and squeeze out the things that don’t belong. Like a festering wound that must be cleaned out, I will make all things new again.
Don’t be worried or bothered by the insecurities within your mind. Do not let these thoughts hold you back from letting me take control. I am your Father who loves you more than you know and I can handle everything that flows through your mind. You cannot offend me when I already know your thoughts.
Your perception of me has become twisted by the thoughts of men entering and taking precedence in your mind. You cannot judge who I am by the words of demented men. Mankind has become flawed by things and circumstances that have surrounded their lives. But you must not judge me by what they have spoken to you, but only by what my Spirit speaks to you. Take a closer look into my Word and let the scriptures show and demonstrate who I am to you. It is here where you will find peace of mind and a true picture of who I am to you.
Keep an open mind as you read my Word. Know that I am speaking to you. You are my beloved child and I desperately want to heal you from the inside. Your brokenness and unforgiveness is wearing you down and causing misery within your soul. I do not want my children stuck in the past, but living a life of victory, a life that’s meant to last.
Forgive those who have hurt you. Forgive those who never asked for forgiveness. Their actions should not affect you or keep you held back from the blessings before you. I want what is best for you and I want to bring you joy unending. You are a Bride of Christ and I want you representing me well.
Take joy in knowing I am shaping you and cleansing your life. Know that on the other side of pain is a happier life. Stop dwelling on the past and move forward in me. Keep looking to me, the Author and Finisher of your story. A good story has a beginning, a happening, a climax, and an ending. Let me take what has happened in your life and give you a new ending. Let me renew your mind and give you strength to begin anew again. Let me restore what has become broken and allow your heart to beat again.
When heartbreak and trauma come your way, it is time to look to me when you know no other way. When you struggle to breathe and to even find the words that need to be said, come to me and let me restore what has become broken. Let me remake a new heart in you today. You are my beloved and you must let me embrace every part of your being. Let me heal your broken heart and make things new again. I will restore you and bind up the brokenhearted.
