Identify In Me
Come and rest and sit here beside me. Let me comfort your heart and speak my words over your heart today. Many words have been spoken in the past that shaped your heart and mind to think a certain way. These words caused you to think less of yourself rather than the way I created you to be. You are not the product of other people’s thoughts, but you are made in the image of me. You are who I say you are, not what man would cause you to think.
I am your Creator and I am your Father. I am the one who gave you life and I am the one who brought you into relationship with me. I am the Author and the Finisher of your life in me and I will work out the lies that have been spoken over you. My Truth must be your guide all throughout your life. Don’t look to man to reestablish who you are or confirm your identity, but come straight to me to see and to know all that you were created to be.
My Word reaffirms you and teaches you all that you need to know. In our times together I will speak to you personally and speak my blessings of life over you. You never need to fear or worry about what others think, but only be concerned what I think of you. You are my beloved, my precious prize, and I treasure you and hold you in my righteous right hand. I have blessed you with every spiritual blessing and I will never let you go. You have nothing to worry about and you have nothing and no one to fear because you have me in your corner cheering you on.
Reflect on my Word and sit here with me. Let me speak to your soul and bring comfort to your mind. Let me reform and reshape your thinking to think more like me. Know that my heart is ever towards you, never waning or drifting away. My thoughts are constantly on you and I always have time for you.
Make the time each day to connect and talk to me regarding your day. Let me sort through your thoughts and drive away the dross that has found its way to the top. One by one each thought must be brought to me and laid here at my feet. Let me sort through your thoughts and keep what is good and acceptable and cleanse away the rest. You need not carry around false thinking about yourself, but bring those thoughts to me.
Each day you encounter others and you hear what other people think. Bring those thoughts to me and let me decide what is good and right to keep. Let me guide you and keep you in check with me, keeping your heart and mind aligned with me. You are never left alone to stew in other people’s thoughts, but you are designed and created to meditate on me. I am the one who will show you how to think. I am the one who will create a different point of view. See yourself as I created you and not from the perspective of man.
