Know My Voice
Read, know, and understand my Word and hear my voice clearly when I speak to you. Create a place and a space where I can teach you to hear my voice, where you will know when I am speaking to you. Your mind has become cluttered with the sound of the world speaking to you and it is hard to distinguish my voice. Turn up the volume to be able to hear my voice louder than the world’s. This is why you need to spend time alone with me one-on-one so you know the sound of my voice.
You are never truly alone because I am always with you. I am your constant and your guide. Let me comfort you and guide your thoughts and lead you onto the path that you should go. When you spend quality time alone with me you learn to hear my voice immediately and you will know what I want you to do. You will never be unsure when you know and hear my voice clearly.
When you hear my voice, it will be like a rush of water filling your heart and soul. You will know my voice is speaking to you because your heart will resonate with mine. You and I are meant to be one and the same and you will know I am speaking to you. Know and study my Word so that you know what I am saying lines up with what you are hearing. The enemy of your soul wants to lead you astray from my Word, but my voice will lead you straight to it. This is why it is important to spend time alone with me and time immersed in my Word. When you know my Word and follow it in obedience, you will become free and a distinguisher of my voice.
Fine tune your hearing to know the difference between your own thoughts and the words I am speaking to you. Know that everyone is gifted by my Spirit when you accept and believe in my Son and everyone is able to clearly hear my voice. It is not something that only a few can hear, this is an ability where everyone can hear. You were made in my likeness and given the ability to hear your Heavenly Father’s voice with clarity.
Make yourself available to me. Come alone and sit with me and dig into my Word and become well-versed in it. Let my Word sink deeply into the marrow of your bones, taking a deep hold on you. Wait to hear my voice speaking to you answering your questions that are residing within you. Talk to me as you would your best friend and share all the concerns that are on your heart. Let me be the caregiver of your heart and release my Words that will heal your heart and breathe new life into your mind. The beauty of our relationship will strengthen you to walk this earth and know without a doubt who your Creator is and what you were made for. Seek first my Kingdom and never feel lonely again.
