Lighten Your Load
Let me whisper my thoughts into your mind. Let me share the intimate thoughts that are on my mind. Let me cover you with my grace and teach you the ways of YAHWEH as you come and meet with me.
Come and take my hand and I will lead you and show you, my ways. I will show you how I want you to live from day to day and how to love others as I have loved you. Let nothing prohibit you from coming into my presence, for it is here that your learning can begin.
Set aside time each day to spend it in worship to me. Spend time honoring my name and professing your love for me. This is where true learning can begin as you are one with me and I am one with you. Worship is the beginning of connecting with me.
Cast all your cares, your worries, your grief, your pain, here at my feet as you worship and honor your King of all kings. I know every burden that you carry and I see every bit of your pain. Nothing escapes my view. I see everything and I know the depth of your pain.
Carefully unpack all that you are carrying here at my feet. Lay it all down as you speak it to me. Trust that you can lay these things down and give them over to me. Trust in me that I can feel your pain and that these things and these burdens are safe here with me. I care about all your needs and I see your bleeding heart.
Lay each burden and pain here at my feet and trust that I can handle each one. Put your trust in me that you can share these burdens and leave them here with me. Trust that I will care for each one of them and handle each one with care. Nothing is too big or too small for me to handle. Each problem requires my special attention to help you see things from my perspective.
Lighten your load that you carry here with me and let me set you free from unnecessary burdens. Let me sort through your thoughts and help you to see all the unnecessary baggage you carry. It is not necessary for you to carry the weight of the world upon your shoulders when you bring these things to me.
Have the courage and the faith in me that you can bring all these things here and leave them with me. What good does it do for you to try to solve every issue? What you try to carry alone takes a toll on your body and weighs you down in so many ways. Leave these problems here with me to help you sort through the clouds and darkness. I will do the battling and the solving and present an answer to you.
Do you have the faith to believe that I can do all things and that all things are possible with me? Lay everything on your mind and heart here at my feet and let me make your burdens light. I will give you peace of mind that I will work these things out for your good. I can be trusted with all that you hold dear. Nothing slips through my fingers when you bring it to me. Do you have the faith to believe? Is all your trust secure in me? This part I leave up to you and I place this in your hands.
