Seek First My Kingdom
Seek first the Kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added unto you. This verse you know well but let it sink deeply into your heart and mind. Let it penetrate deeply into your thoughts and reflect on me at all times.
Where are your thoughts these days? Where is the peace of mind you have been seeking? Where do your passions lie? Are your passions toward the things of this world or are they focused on expanding my Kingdom? Why are your thoughts so focused on what others think when you could be pleasing me?
Your emotions come and go like the rising tide and the things you focus on could be washed away in a moment’s notice. Let me capture your attention and give you the peace of mind and peace in your heart that you are seeking. Nothing satisfies like I do and your peace lies here in my arms. Your emotions come and go so let your goals and ambitions be set on me and my desires. A life lived for me will always bring you great satisfaction.
Turn your eyes away from the passions this world provides and let me entice you with the joys that are found in me. Greater satisfaction that you have never known can be found here with me. I will provide for all your Earthly needs in ways you would never imagine. Take my hand and put your whole trust in me and let me show you the way.
Come up higher here with me. Let me show you a more excellent way in which to live. Let me show you things you never thought possible. Living your life for me becomes an honor and a privilege in satisfying only me. Turn away from your self-seeking and turn your attention towards seeking the things of my Kingdom. Let your heart become light and easy instead of carrying the burdens of this world.
Cast your worldly cares upon me and let me rearrange your thinking. Let me show you how to think like me and maneuver easily in your position in this world. You will not strive like others do, worrying about your situation all the time. You will walk with my authority knowing your rightful position in Me. Cast every burden you carry throughout the day upon my listening ears and let me show you a better way to think. Let me rearrange the vision in your head to see things as I do.
Much of your thinking has been aligned with the world and my Spirit wants to help you think like me. Ask me to rearrange your mindset and to rearrange your heart. Make room for my Spirit to help you think more like me. Give me permission to help you start anew and think like your YAHWEH – not the people around you. Make me the desire of your heart, the focus of your attention. See things as I do and let my joy fill your heart. What joy awaits you as you seek out my heart and what peace will overshadow you to bring you comfort. Seek my Kingdom first and all these things will be added unto you.
