The LORD of Your Life
Hear the words of the LORD and know my heart today. Anguish, sorrow, and pain are no match for me. I am over everything that could possibly happen in your lifetime. No amount of rejection can take my love away from you. See my love so visibly for you. There is pain in your life that is guaranteed to happen but what you do with that pain is up to you.
Take a seat here next to me and let me soothe your heart and help you to think like me. Let me help you cross over into another way to think. There is so much more that you do not understand regarding my love that has been given for you. See with new eyes today and see things from my perspective.
Cancel your plans to self-medicate today and let me medicate your heart. No amount of substance abuse can dull the pain and change your situation. Your only answer is to submit yourself to me and make me the LORD of your life. There are areas of your thinking and areas of your flesh that have never fully submitted yourself over to me and these areas are what holds you back.
Each time I bring these things to your mind you fight against me. You hold onto things you feel you deserve but these things become a wall that hold me back from blessing you. The things you hold onto dearly become a curse upon your life and darken your mind and sadden your heart. Submit everything over to me or you will continue to pay the price of your own selfishness. Resist the urge to resist me and surrender your whole life over into my hands.
There is a part of you that does not fully trust in me. The circumstances of your past do not apply to you anymore. Quit making the things of the past become your god that you continue to bow down to and serve. You are not controlled by these things, but you have turned them into a control center for your life.
Release the controls and release your grip on the things that you think define you. You are not defined by the circumstances surrounding your life, but you are a child of God. This is the mindset you have set aside because of what the world says about you. Push aside every false belief that set itself up in your mind. You live in a false kingdom mindset where every thought becomes tainted and skewed.
Submit yourself fully over into my hands. Let my Spirit guide and direct you. Let me take out every false belief that has led you in the wrong direction. Learn with me and let me show you what to throw away and what to keep. Let’s clean your house like never before. Let me teach you things you’ve never seen before. Let me open your eyes as you open your heart and give your whole life over to me. Return to me like never before and let me turn your life upside down. The time has come to surrender your all and truly make me the LORD of your life.
